Being Black in America - a dialogue with Lloyd Burnett

Lloyd is a friend and a client. He reached out to tell me he got triggered by one of my Instagram stories, which led to a private dialogue.

I asked him if he'd be willing to jump on a recorded video call to talk about this, and courageously, he said yes.

I think this was a very important and very valuable conversation, and I believe that having more conversations like this can be a huge part of helping heal the deep racial trauma in this country.
